Torrevieja property prices 2009
According to the Spanish property website Kyero, the average price of property now stands at 116,000 euros compared to the high end which was seen in quarter three of the year 2007 where the average house price hit 165,000 euros.
Also stated in their quarterly house price guide, Spain’s national average house price has fallen to only 240,000 euros which has fallen from 251,000 euros recorded in the last quarter of 2006.
