According to “Spanish Property Insight’s” recent blog post, the region of Alicante has seen a quarterly increase for the third quarter of 2009, figures show that prices rose by 0.5% which is definitely good news for the Real Estate industry and sellers in the Alicante province.

We are not out of the woods yet, but this does show some sign of improvement and that if you are seriously looking to buy a property in the Costa Blanca area, that now is the time to be looking before prices rise any further.
